Shipping
We ship within the United States, and standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $80 or more. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Because each piece is sent directly from our partner workshops, a single order may arrive in more than one package. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed pieces with their original tags may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Opened bowls and toys are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. To begin a return, please write to us with your order number before sending anything back. Read the full returns policy.
Fit & Sizing
Each Shoreline Set page includes a full harness size guide. If you are between sizes or unsure which piece will suit your dog, send us their neck and chest measurements and breed, and we will recommend the right fit.
Care
After a day on the water, rinse pieces in fresh water to lift salt and sand, then let them dry naturally out of direct sun. Waterproof pieces wipe clean with a damp cloth.
