Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items, and opened bowls and toys, are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email milltowntaxidermy@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, as our pieces ship from partner workshops. Damaged or incorrect items: email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or fully refund, including shipping. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.
